Terms of Service

Effective September 8, 2026

These terms govern your use of Grid, the Grid Tools Chrome extension, and Grid integrations, including the Grid connection in ChatGPT (the “Service”), provided by Vizionary Productions, Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you use Grid for an organization, you must have authority to act for that organization.

Accounts and access

Provide accurate account information, protect your sign-in credentials, and use only accounts and projects you are authorized to access. You are responsible for the people you invite to your projects and the permissions you grant. Contact support if you suspect unauthorized access.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you add to Grid. You give us permission to store, process, and display that content as needed to provide the Service and carry out your instructions, including sharing it with authorized project collaborators and integrations you use. You must have the rights and permissions needed to upload, import, use, and share that content.

Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information. Do not upload information you are not authorized to share.

Acceptable use

Do not use the Service for unlawful activity, infringe others’ rights, upload malicious code, attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls, or disrupt the Service. These terms do not restrict honest reviews or other rights protected by law.

Integrations and assisted actions

Connecting Grid to another service allows the integration to perform supported actions within the access you authorize. Review proposed changes before approving them, especially changes to budgets, contacts, locations, files, and other project records. Disconnect integrations you no longer want to use.

Third-party services, including ChatGPT, have their own terms and privacy policies. Imported information and AI-assisted results may be incomplete or incorrect. Check results before relying on them or sharing them. Grid provides production workflow tools; it does not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.

Fees

Any paid plan, price, billing period, and applicable cancellation terms will be shown when you purchase that plan or set out in a separate agreement. These terms do not by themselves authorize a charge.

Our software

We and our licensors retain rights to the Service’s software, branding, and other materials, excluding your content. You may use the Service for its intended purposes subject to these terms.

Availability and ending use

We work to maintain the Service, but do not promise uninterrupted availability or error-free results. Features may change. Keep copies of records you need independently of Grid.

You may stop using the Service at any time. Contact support for account closure or data requests. We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, a security risk, or a legal requirement. Data retention and deletion are described in our Privacy Policy.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, remedies, guarantees, or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Any separate written agreement with us controls where it conflicts with these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms and will publish the revised version here with a new effective date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before changes take effect.
