Vizionary Productions, Inc. ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Grid application and the Grid Tools Chrome extension (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you use the Service.
Account Information: When you create or sign in to an account, we collect your name, email address, authentication credentials, and related account identifiers.
Project Data: We collect information you enter into or import to the Service, including production contacts, budget data, rates, compensation details, payment references, production schedules, and related project materials.
Grid Tools Extension Data: When you use a Grid Tools feature, the extension may process the following information as needed to complete the action you request:
Financial Account Data: When you choose to connect a bank account or credit card through our financial data provider, Plaid Inc. ("Plaid"), we collect:
Usage Data: We may collect information about how you interact with the Grid application, including pages visited and features used. The Grid Tools extension does not collect general browser history, keystrokes, mouse position, or activity outside its declared features and supported websites.
We use the information we collect to:
User Control: Grid Tools processes supported website content and relevant page-response data only to provide the extension feature you choose. The extension may inspect a declared page to display applicable controls or prepare a preview, but it imports, saves, sends, exports, or fills data only when you initiate the corresponding action.
Local Extension Storage: The extension uses Chrome's local storage to retain information needed for its features, such as authentication state, selected or recent projects, preferences, pending user-requested payloads, and link state. Removing the extension removes its Chrome-managed local extension storage.
Gmail and Google APIs: If you connect Google, Grid Tools may access your basic Google profile and email address, Gmail signature and labels, and may send messages that you explicitly prepare or approve. Grid Tools does not scan or read the contents of your Gmail inbox.
The use of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Chrome Web Store User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
We do not sell extension user data, use it for advertising, use it to determine creditworthiness or for lending, or transfer it for purposes unrelated to the extension's single purpose. Humans do not read extension user data except with your affirmative consent, when necessary for security or legal compliance, or when data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
No Remote Code: All executable extension code is included in the extension package. Grid Tools does not download or execute remote JavaScript or WebAssembly. Network requests to Grid, Google, and supported services exchange data only.
We use Plaid to connect your financial accounts to our Service. When you connect an account through Plaid, you authorize Plaid to access your financial data from your financial institution. Our use of information received from Plaid is governed by the Plaid End User Privacy Policy.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Transaction data may be retained to support historical budget reporting. Extension authentication tokens and local settings remain in Chrome's extension storage until they expire, you sign out, you clear the data, or you remove the extension. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.

We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, please contact us so we can delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on this page with a revised "Last updated" date.
